“I appreciate Dr Ingrid so much. My son is now 20 years old and has suffered from OCD depression and anxiety since age 9 years old. He had a breaking point where he had recurring thoughts that I could not get him out of. For 11 years I have tried multiple therapist and psychologist that did not take the time with him to figure it out. They just wanted to put on medication and to move to the next. Not Dr Ingrid!
